1. Who operates the service
MysticProfile is a digital service operated by WHITE LIFE LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. In these terms, “MysticProfile,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to WHITE LIFE LLC.
By using the service or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Tarot Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the service.
2. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract where you live. MysticProfile is not directed to children or minors. Do not submit another person’s birth date, private question, or other personal information without permission.
3. What MysticProfile provides
MysticProfile provides AI-assisted, personalized tarot interpretations for entertainment and self-reflection. A reading uses the information you choose to enter, the cards selected in the experience, traditional tarot symbolism, and generated explanatory text.
Readings are not statements of fact or promises about the future. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, relationship, or other professional advice. Read the full Tarot Disclaimer before relying on any part of a reading.
4. Price and digital access

- None. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge.

- Digital access begins after payment confirmation and the required account sign-in.

- Continuing account access to eligible MysticProfile website readings while the service remains available and your account remains eligible under these terms.
“Continuing access” does not mean access for the rest of your natural life. It means the account can create additional eligible website readings without another website access fee while we operate and support that service, subject to reasonable security, anti-abuse, and fair-use limits. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for legal, security, technical, or business reasons.
The checkout displays the full total before you authorize payment. If a legally required tax is added in the future, it will be shown before payment. Stripe processes web payments. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
Apple or Google may offer a separate in-app consumable that covers one reading. Store products, prices, and entitlements are separate from the US$1 website-access offer and are shown in the applicable store before purchase.
5. Immediate performance and refunds
When you select the purchase button and payment succeeds, you ask us to begin providing the digital service immediately. Because personalized digital content is generated and made available promptly, completed purchases are generally final after access begins.
We review requests involving duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, non-delivery, or a material technical defect that prevents access. Nothing in these terms limits refund, cancellation, charge-dispute, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. See the complete Refund Policy.
6. Accounts and security
You are responsible for using an account you control, keeping your sign-in method secure, and providing accurate contact information. You may not sell, share, transfer, or misuse account access. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe an account or purchase was used without authorization.
Google and Apple sign-in are provided by those companies under their own terms. Removing MysticProfile from a Google or Apple account does not by itself delete the MysticProfile account. See Account Deletion.
7. Acceptable use
You may use MysticProfile only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not:
- attempt to access another person’s account or nonpublic data;
- interfere with security, rate limits, payment controls, or service operation;
- use automated extraction, scraping, or bulk generation in a way that burdens the service;
- submit illegal, abusive, threatening, or rights-infringing content;
- resell, publish, or commercially exploit the service, card artwork, or generated product as a competing service without written permission; or
- use a reading to impersonate a licensed professional or to make harmful decisions for another person.
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, or preserve service security.
8. Your inputs and our materials
You keep any rights you have in the question and information you submit. You give us permission to process those inputs only as needed to operate, secure, and provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
MysticProfile’s software, interface, branding, card artwork, layouts, prompts, and other service materials are owned by or licensed to WHITE LIFE LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. We give you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to view and use your reading for personal purposes.
9. Service availability and generated content
Generated text can be incomplete, inconsistent, or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing a reading and deciding whether it is useful to you. We may update card meanings, generation logic, presentation, safety controls, or features over time. Saved readings may remain available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may perform maintenance, respond to provider outages, or change the service. If a material defect prevents delivery of a paid service, contact us so we can investigate under the Refund Policy.
10. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, MysticProfile is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that a reading will be accurate, predict an event, achieve a result, or meet every personal expectation.
To the extent permitted by law, WHITE LIFE LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of or inability to use the service. These limits do not apply where prohibited, and they do not exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be limited.
11. Governing law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If the law where you live gives you mandatory consumer rights or a required forum, those rights and requirements remain available to you.
These terms do not require private arbitration and do not include a class-action waiver.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service, law, or our practices change. We will post the new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
