Delete from Mystic Profile
- Sign in to the Mystic Profile account you want to remove.
- Open the account panel.
- Select Delete account permanently.
- Read and confirm the deletion warning.
Signing out, uninstalling an app, or disconnecting Google or Apple access does not by itself delete the Mystic Profile account.
What deletion covers
The deletion process removes your authentication account, profile, saved readings, private personalization profile, saved concerns, Elias conversations, messages, summaries, and reading personalization records from active service systems. Deleted records are no longer available to Elias AI.
You can also remove individual concerns, individual conversations, all Elias conversations, or all personalization memory from your profile without deleting the account. Turning off saved-context use is different from deleting existing records.
Information stored only in your browser or app may remain until you clear the site or app data. Local copies you downloaded, screenshots you made, or emails already delivered remain under your control.
Limited records we may retain
We may retain limited transaction, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or legal-compliance records when reasonably necessary or required by law. Access to those records is limited to the applicable purpose. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until they are overwritten under normal backup cycles.
Effect on paid access
Account deletion is intended to be permanent. It removes the account used to access saved digital readings. Deletion does not automatically create a refund, and the deleted Mystic Profile account, reading data, and paid access cannot be restored or transferred to a new account. Apple or Google may retain the provider purchase record and any refund rights under the applicable store rules. Review the Refund Policy before deleting an account with a purchase problem.
If you cannot sign in
Email [email protected] from the account email address when possible. State that you want the Mystic Profile account deleted. We may take reasonable steps to verify the request before deleting data.
Do not send your password, one-time code, full payment-card number, or card security code.
