Optional advertising measurement
MysticProfile does not sell personal information for money. Depending on the law where you live, allowing Meta Pixel for cross-context advertising measurement may be called “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or processing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You can reject or withdraw permission through MysticProfile’s privacy control. Optional Meta technology will remain off after the choice is saved on that browser. We do not send Meta your tarot question, birth date, chosen cards, reading text, full name, email address, or payment-card details.
Open privacy controlsGlobal Privacy Control
If your browser sends a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, MysticProfile treats it as a request to keep optional advertising measurement off for that browser. A GPC signal does not delete an account or essential service records. Learn more about browser-level choices at Global Privacy Control.
Other state privacy rights
Depending on your state, your relationship with us, and whether a law applies to our processing, you may have rights to:
- confirm whether we process personal information and obtain access;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete personal information;
- receive certain information in a portable format;
- opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling;
- limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information; and
- appeal a decision on a privacy request.
These rights are subject to legal definitions, exceptions, identity verification, and applicability thresholds. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Submit a request
Email [email protected] with the subject “MysticProfile privacy request.” Tell us the request type and the state where you live. If the request concerns an account, write from the email address associated with that account when possible.
We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify the request and protect the account. Do not email a password, one-time code, full payment-card number, or unnecessary government identification. An authorized agent may make a request where law allows, but we may request proof of authority and direct verification with the consumer.
Appeal a decision
If we deny a request and your state gives you a right to appeal, reply to the decision email with the word “Appeal” and explain why you believe the decision should be reviewed. We will respond as required by applicable law and explain any further complaint option that law requires.
Account deletion
You can also use the direct Account Deletion process. Deleting an account is different from rejecting optional advertising measurement.
