Delete from MysticProfile
- Sign in to the MysticProfile account you want to remove.
- Open the account panel.
- Select Delete account permanently.
- Read and confirm the deletion warning.
Signing out, uninstalling an app, or disconnecting Google or Apple access does not by itself delete the MysticProfile account.
What deletion covers
The deletion process removes the MysticProfile authentication account and associated profile or saved-reading data from active service systems. This includes saved reading inputs and content tied to that account.
Information stored only in your browser or app may remain until you clear the site or app data. Local copies you downloaded, screenshots you made, or emails already delivered remain under your control.
Limited records we may retain
We may retain limited transaction, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or legal-compliance records when reasonably necessary or required by law. Access to those records is limited to the applicable purpose. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until they are overwritten under normal backup cycles.
Effect on paid access
Account deletion is intended to be permanent. It removes the account used to access saved digital readings. Deletion does not automatically create a refund, and we may be unable to restore deleted readings or reattach previous access after the account is removed. Review the Refund Policy before deleting an account with a purchase problem.
If you cannot sign in
Email [email protected] from the account email address when possible. State that you want the MysticProfile account deleted. We may take reasonable steps to verify the request before deleting data.
Do not send your password, one-time code, full payment-card number, or card security code.
